Brillare Electrical has been a trusted delivery partner to Programmed Facility Management under the WA Department of Communities’ statewide housing maintenance program. This long-term engagement spans a diverse and complex portfolio of more than 300 residential properties, many of which are tenanted by elderly individuals, people with disabilities, or residents experiencing social disadvantage. The environments we service often require not only technical capability, but compassion, discretion, and clear communication — values that align closely with the sensitivities of aged care. Our scope of work includes full electrical appliance lifecycle management: from installation and scheduled servicing through to urgent fault response, energy efficiency upgrades, and end-of-life unit replacement. We also provide integrated fit out and renovations support, enabling a seamless, single-vendor
solution for Programmed’s scheduling and compliance teams.
